I got the chance to talk with him after he opened for Old 97s in Chicago a few weeks back, and his performance that night solidified his spot as my current front-runner for favorite album of the year. If you have any weakness for old-school country like Willie Nelson and Patsy Cline, you absolutely must get this album. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
