Regarding submissions, please note the following:

• Must be a dude. Ladies with facial hair don’t count.
• Must be a solo artist or a member of an indie band.
• Must have facial hair of some type - beards are preferred, but mustaches and scruff are also acceptable.
• Must have an album (or single or EP) available or coming out soon - either on an independent label or self-released.
• Must have a website (Bandcamp and Facebook count).

The Sound and The Furry is a photo and video blog. Let’s face it, the internet is made for people with short attention spans. My goal is not to write wordy reviews, but rather to introduce artists and bands in the quickest, most visual, and most memorable way possible…a starting point in the discovery process.

Photos focus solely on the beardy boy being featured. Videos are either official videos or high quality live performances.  

Information noted on each includes:

• Featured band member’s name
• Link to band’s website
• Latest (or upcoming) album 
• Label (if applicable)
